Religious Education For Children And Youth

St. Anthony Parish invites children, Preschool through High School, to deepen their knowledge and understanding of our Roman Catholic faith through our Religious Education classes.

The study of Sacred Scripture, the Church, the sacraments and the principles of our Christian belief are shared to enrich and help our children experience a deeper relationship with God.

Classes

• All classes will be held on Wednesday nights, 6pm to 7pm, from October 4, 2023 through May 1, 2024. Classes will be held in the Parish Life Center at 217 Tremont St., Missoula, MT 59801.
• A First Communion and First Reconciliation Class is offered for all children aged 7 and up. A parent or guardian is expected to accompany their child(ren) to class.
• A Confirmation Class is offered for all children aged 11 and up. Confirmation will be celebrated with the Missoula Deanery in the Spring of 2024 and the details of that celebration will be provided at a later time.
• A youth group / family style class is offered for all students that are not in a sacramental preparation class. Parents and guardians are encouraged to attend class with their students. We also invite previously confirmed students to join this class to continue their faith journey.
• Following all classes, dinner will be provided, giving an opportunity to build community and share in our faith.
