Welcome! For anyone who is not already a registered member of St. Anthony Parish, but would like to be, please print out the membership enrollment form and return the completed form to the Business Office at St. Anthony Parish.
Also, for both new and existing members of St. Anthony Parish who would like to enroll in our automatic deposit program (ACH), please print out the ACH enrollment form and return the completed form to the St. Anthony Parish Business Office.
